We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible! Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, however this may be doubled during peak and holiday seasons.
Shipping times vary based your selected option during checkout but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped for an estimated delivery date.

Due to the nature of our products, any opened or used products are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Eligibility for returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition and unused with all components intact
However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update your address. If it has already shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
